If you’ve completed a Klaster course or attended one of our workshops, this club gives you an ongoing space to apply what you’ve learned, experiment with new formats, and refine your voice. It’s where growth continues—through practice, feedback, and community.
When: Every first and third Monday of the month
✋ Time: 6:30–8:00 PM
📍 Where: Al Safa Art & Design Library Activities Hall, Dubai
💸 Fee: 250 AED/month (recurring subscription, cancel anytime)

Klub Launch: Alumni Showcase + Fireside Chat
Format: Pecha Kucha + Fireside Chat

Our first session kicks off with alumni presenting Pecha Kucha-style (20 slides, 20 seconds per slide — fast, fun, and visual). Each presenter shares a personal idea, story, or insight.

Then we host a short, interactive fireside chat with a secret guest speaker. You’ll leave inspired and ready to connect.

Bonus: Bring a plus one! Entry is free for this inaugural event.

Topic: Lessons in Leadership: Power & Persuasion – We break down TV negotiations (from shows like Suits or Succession) and discuss what works.

Alumni Debate Night
Format: Structured Debate

You’ll be divided into two teams (no prep required) and debate a real-world leadership dilemma:

"Should managers be direct or diplomatic when giving tough feedback?"

Our facilitator will guide the debate and structure it for clarity and energy. The winning team gets... a pineapple trophy 🍍

Workshop: Win Workplace Negotiations
Format: Practical Workshop

We’ll look at 3 everyday workplace negotiation scenarios — like asking for a raise, negotiating timelines with clients, and handling pushback in meetings.

You’ll work in pairs/small groups to role-play and test strategies with live feedback.

TED-Style Night: Receiving Feedback with Grace
Format: Prepared Talks by Alumni

Each participant prepares a 3–5 minute TED-style talk sharing their personal experience receiving feedback. We’ll highlight what worked, what didn’t, and what they learned.

You’ll get storytelling feedback from peers and Klaster facilitators.
